Dear friends, we are proud to inform you that Propeler Film's long awaited omnibus 'Zagreb Stories' is wrapped and ready for its world premiere that will take place on Sunday, July 19th in Pula as a part of National Programme of 56th Pula Film Festival. 'Zagreb Stories' is an omnibus about Croatia's capital and everyday life of it's inhabitants. Try not to be fooled by word 'everyday' here, because things do sometimes get quirky in town. Nine stories are directed by eleven directors in nine different parts of Zagreb.
On Thursday, Antonio Nuiæ's 'Donkey' produced by Propeler Film is also having it's world premiere in Pula. 'Donkey's' story takes place in village Drinovci, Herzegovina in the summer of 1995, when war operation Storm was just about to begin. It is centered around a family - father Boro (Nebojša Glogovac), mother Jasna (Nataša Janjiæ), their son Luka (Roko Rogliæ), grandfather Pako (Tonko Lonza) and one donkey who plays a considerable role in a years long family dispute.
