56th Pula Film Festival has ended and two Propeler Film's features went home celebrating. 'Donkey' directed by Antonio Nuiæ was awarded with Croatian Film Critics' award Oktavijan for the best feature film as well as three Golden Arenas. Golden Arena for Best Score was handed to SrĂ°an Guliæ Gul ‘For the melodious score that contributes to the emotional character of the story and to the gradation of relations between different characters in the film’. Golden Arena for Best Cinematography went to Mirko Pivèeviæ ‘For the bareness of colour with which he achieved an exceptional lyrical ambience and poetically reshaped the landscape’. Golden Arena for Best Script was handed to Antonio Nuiæ ‘For exceptional talent for depicting complex family relations and for the integrality of unity in terms of dramaturgy.

The Breza Award granted by Vjesnik daily for best acting went to Lana Bariæ for the title role in the episode ‘Yellow Moon’ by Zvonimir Juriæ in the omnibus 'Zagreb Tales'. For suggesting a broad spectrum of emotional conditions of a young and seemingly abandoned pregnant woman in a subtle manner.’
