The third day of the festival will start with early morning screenings of long and short feature films. From the Matinees programme at 2 pm, at the SC cinema, we present you the most recent work by the British filmmaker Ken Loach, 'Looking for Eric'. Loach is one of the initiators of the docudrama, a genre which stimulates current social and political issues with its naturalism. Loach encourages improvisation and chooses amateurs over professional actors. 'Looking for Eric' is a story about a postman, a huge football fan, who turns to his greatest hero, football genius Eric Cantona, when life starts burdening him with problems. The Matinees have their reruns in the evening, at 9:30 pm, at the EUROPA cinema.

At 1 pm, thanks to the general sponsor Vipnet, all children can enjoy incredible film adventures for free. After two Danish films that were among the biggest hits in the Vip Bib for Kids previous editions, we offer you another sequel of the tense adventure 'The Lost Treasure of the Knights Templar III', directed by Giacomo Campeotto. Films shown in the programme Vip Bib for Kids have their reruns every day at 6 pm at Movieplex. A new portion of documentaries will be served at 5 pm at the SC cinema and it will include two great films. By exploring the personality of Amos Oz, one of the greatest Israeli writers, the homonymous Israeli film offers a rare insight in the world as seen by the great writer himself - the man who supposedly knows the Israeli society better than anyone else. The authors, Yonathan and Masha Zur, follow the footpaths of Oz's literary works as well as those of his political beliefs.

In his documentary 'RIP: A Remix Manifesto' web activist and director Brett Gaylor explores copyright problems in the information era. The film is made with the remix method, which allows all remixes to be its parts. The founder of Creative Commons, Lawrence Lessig, Brazilian minister of culture Gilberto Gil and pop culture critic Cory Doctorow also make their appearance in the film. The evening screenings start at 8 pm at the SC cinema with the film 'Nothing Personal', a Dutch-Irish film by Urszula Antoniak. The film won the Locarno 2009 award for the best debut film and the main actress, Lotte Verbeek, won the award for the best leading role.

Just like in the previous years, the festival programme includes a winning combination of music and film. Therefore a special screening of the documentary 'Funk-y-stretch by Black Tooth' (out of competition) will take place tomorrow at 11 pm, at the BUG cinema. The first film by Koja, the lead singer of the legendary band Disciplin A Kième, includes footage from the gig that the famous musicians from Belgrade had in the club Academija. The film will be introduced by Koja himself, who will also have the chance to entertain people during his concert in Purgeraj on Thursday, 21st October.

We would also like to single out Roel Vande Winkel's visit as one of our side events. This Belgian historian, who is also a leading world expert for film propaganda, will hold a lecture on film propaganda during World War II at 6 pm at the BUG cinema &TD. Walt Disney's cartoons which served as part of the propaganda will also be shown.
