Two moths ago French - Spanish director Christian Poveda was killed in El Salvador. The murder took place shortly after the premiere of his documentary ‘La Vida Loca’, which tells the story of a gang from El Salvador called Mara 18. From the 1990s up to present day, lots of our journalists and authors of documentaries have received threats because of the topics which interested them and which they considered were worthy of being seen or read about. Most of them decided to disregard the threats and continue their work. We are going to talk to six authors of documentary films and journalists from Belgrade, Osijek and Zagreb and discuss the reasons that force them to do this job. The round table will be held at 6 pm at the Press Centre (SC gallery). Its moderator will be Oliver Sertiæ.
