INTERACTIVE CONVERSATION WITH MIKE DOWNEY AND SAM TAYLOR


According to the statistics of the British Film Council, the production company Film and Music Entertainment owned by Mike Downey and Sam Taylor is the second best production company in the Great Britain, one of the leading countries in film production. On Thursday, October 22, Downey and Taylor will conduct an interactive discussion about the production of some of their 40-odd films in cinema Tuškanac. The speakers will explain through case studies the filmmaking process – from the idea to the selection scriptwriters and directors to the financing. The audience is invited to join in the discussion and to arrive to the conclusion together with the speakers whether producer’s job is considered a noble profession in this part of the world.
